This is the result of a customer who purchased an subwoofer with an amplifier that is under powered. It’s important to get products that are best matched together. Warranty doesn’t cover blown voice coils. So in this case the customer has had to purchase a different subwoofer and a new amplifier. Understanding the limits of a product can sometimes be expensive.

First job today was to take out the tired old stereo out of a 2007 landrover discovery and replace it with a pioneer SPH-DA130DAB giving the customer Apple car play, Bluetooth and dab radio using a complete installation kit from CTKLR03
