A common fault on MAN Euro 6 silencers, the DOC becomes loose and breaks the pre DPF temperature sensor, and can cause further damage to the rest of the exhaust after treatment system. We have replaced the DOC in this unit, saving the customer over £8000 (yes, £8000!!) opposed to buying a new silencer. Contact us today to learn more about our services!

DPF fault code? If the fault does not clear on the first forced regeneration, it will not clear on subsequent attempts. This is likely due to ash accumulation or the DPF being over full. A VW California Euro 6 DPF in for a clean 🧼

This particular vehicle was displaying fault codes relating to the EGR and DPF system, with the customer being quoted thousands of pounds for new parts to fix this problem. 💷💸😰
