We’ve had several reports recently of battery’s overheating and exploding.

One particular incident would have almost certainly ended up in a total loss of the caravan and possibly the family home if we had been half an hour later.

If you get a whiff of a sulphur type smell in the caravan please unplug from the mains immediately and replace your leisure battery.

Touch your battery occasionally to make sure it’s not hot. If it is, please disconnect the mains immediately.

If your battery is over 3 years old this information is even more relevant.

Leisure batteries are like bombs. Please take care

Thank you to everyone who has posted and sent messages over the last couple of days. I’m genuinely surprised at the amount of them.

My mum is currently at the N&N waiting to be moved into a good friend’s funeral home. Funeral date is Monday 5th January at 14.00 at Marsham Church.
Mum grew up in Marsham and most of her family are buried there.

It goes without saying that we are devastated losing her and we are dealing with it in our own ways.

Heartfelt thanks though to all who’ve taken the time to message. It means a lot ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good evening All as some of you are aware Nathan has lost his loving mum this evening.

We are still operating as normal the best we can but as you can image being a family run buisness and all very close and this has hit everyone hard.
