🇬🇧 This Ex-Demo 5-axis UMC-500 features a 15,000 rpm spindle and a 70+1 side mount tool changer. It has an integrated dual-axis trunnion table with a 400 mm diameter platter.

For unattended operation it comes with a 10+1 station pallet pool. The pallets can be scheduled individually according to priority and sequencing requirements, allowing high-priority parts to be machined first or staged more often.

Completed pallets are returned automatically to the holding location, or can be sequenced to a protected operator station for immediate unloading and re-loading.

Most shops set their coolant nozzles at install and never touch them again. It's worth taking 5 minutes to aim them properly for every new job.
