Tomorrow is International Women's Day 2025!

This year's focus is "Accelerate Action", taking proactive steps to reach gender equality sooner than the current trajectory.

Katie Barry-Winson joined us in 2019 after being made redundant twice in three years, previously attending evening bookkeeping classes to earn her AAT Level 3 Diploma and gaining practical experience in voluntary roles.

At Parker, Katie started part-time to balance working and parenting, gradually increasing her hours and responsibilities while continuing to develop with support from Andrew Hood.

We support our team in reaching their potential, breaking barriers, and thriving both personally and professionally.

Some of our team members visited Northampton last week as part of Festo UK & Ireland's Official Partner Automation Day. 🤖

The day included a tour of Festo's exhibition area and Application Centre, as well as a series of workshops exploring opportunities within the industrial application of automated processes.
