The services provided by our mechanical division cover all aspects of Mechanical Engineering. We specialise in the supply and installation of pipe work and are fully conversant with an extensive range of materials including Ductile iron, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, PVC, ABS and MDPE. We can also offer an installation service of specialist plant and equipment. Our fabrication workshops are equipped with CNC precision turning and milling. Horizontal and vertical boring machines, overhead gantry crane, band saw, guillotine, brake press, drilling, punching, bending, MIG, TIG, gas welding, arc-welding and plastic fusion welding facilities. We have the manufacturing experience to enable us to work with a wide range of materials including aluminium, brass, all grades of carbon / stainless steel, engineered plastics and many others. Our design engineers utilise 3D modelling software, giving the client greater vision and control throughout the design stage. Together with the experienced fabrication staff , this enables us to produce a wide variety of sheet metal work assemblies, structural steel fabrications, prefabricated pipe work and manifolds to meet the client’s needs.
