We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our growing team.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £17 per hour, depending on experience.

• 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays. This will increase by one day every four years of service.
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday.
• Eight-hour day shift. Includes a one-hour lunch break and two fifteen-minute paid breaks.
• Monday to Friday.
• Overtime, paid x 1.5 hourly rate.
Essential requirements:
• Previous experience working with CNC machined parts.
• Knowledge and experience of Quality Assurance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures, ensuring products meet industry standards, customer expectations and due dates.
• Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts throughout the manufacturing process, effectively identifying any quality issues.
• Carry out inspection processes using high-end computer-controlled measuring equipment.
• Engage with our engineers to identify root causes of quality defects and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse data and generate detailed reports on quality performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance best practices and standards.
• Deliver positive customer experiences by addressing quality-related concerns, promptly and professionally.
