We are unashamedly focusing on Apprenticeships this week as they seek to provide us all with the workforce, supervisors and managers of the future. Our own Highway Electrical journey started in 2017 with paperwork, paperwork and more paperwork and we officially started delivering the Highways Electrical Apprenticeship in 2019. Its important to look back and see where you've been in order to appreciate where you are now.
