Joscar is a system that helps customers know that the suppliers they approach have met a set of high standards. It saves time for suppliers by allowing them to answer questions once and then share that information with many potential customers. This system creates a strong foundation of trust between suppliers and buyers, allowing them to focus on discussing solutions rather than wasting valuable timer proving themselves credible and trust-worthy.

It was an absolute honour for Emkay Plastics to attend the Norwich City Football Club's Community Partners Directors Dinner on February 1st. This event was a testament to the club's commitment to making a positive impact in the community and their dedication to promoting the values of sportsmanship and teamwork.

The evening was also a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with other like-minded organisations and individuals who share our passion for giving back. The atmosphere was lively and filled with positivity, and it was truly inspiring to see so many people come together to support such a worthy cause.

It was a privilege to attend the Norwich City Football Club's Community Partners Directors Dinner, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a meaningful event. All sanded sheets go through QA checks to confirm correct thicknesses, as well as dedicated lighting to highlight any visual defects prior to releasing any sanded material. Contact us for bespoke requirements.

Emkay's sanding plant offers our clients a tighter thickness tolerance on sheets.

Our equipment allows us to guarantee a thickness tolerance of +/-0.2mm. In cases where even tighter requirements are needed, on request and following discussion, we can achieve thickness tolerances of +/-0.025mm.

An additional benefit of sanding is to improve the flatness of sheets, offering negligible variance of thickness along the sheets.

The increasing replacement of conventional metal structures with composites, and particularly carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), has been an ongoing trend in airplane and helicopter engineering for years.
In the area of high-performance fiber composites, sandwich structures are the preferred choice for light yet stiff designs.

The selection of the optimal sandwich structure is usually based on the different conditions associated with load-bearing capacity, production, and component design.

The aerospace industry has long made use of ROHACELL® as a lightweight, structural core material that also reduces the cost of sandwich materials because of its processing reliability.
