🔥 Another Trailer Repair Completed! 🔥

A recent job replacing a failed kingpin on an artic trailer.

The job involved preparing the existing steelwork, fabricating and fitting a new plate, installing the replacement kingpin and welding everything into position with additional reinforcement. 💪

🔧 ANOTHER SKIP SAVED & BACK IN SERVICE 🔧

This one needed a fair bit of attention 👨‍🏭

Years of use had taken their toll, with heavy corrosion, rotten sections and holes through the floor and around the door area.

⚙️ Rotten steel cut back
⚙️ Floor plated & repaired
⚙️ Door area repaired
⚙️ Weak points plated & reinforced
⚙️ Welding carried out throughout where required

Rather than writing the skip off and replacing it, we’ve given it a new lease of life and got it ready for plenty more work. 💪♻️

Got skips sitting in the yard that are looking past their best? They might not be ready for scrap just yet.
