As civil and structural engineers, we often ask ourselves if renovation projects should focus on modernising buildings to suit today’s world or preserving the character of historic construction.

As structural engineers, we worked closely with Foxton Construction & F3 Architects, to help deliver key upgrades to both the external and internal spaces — including the striking new entrance façade, integrated LED screen, and interior enhancements that give the space a bold new identity.

It’s been a pleasure to contribute our expertise to a project that blends innovative design with structural precision — and to do so for a historic and very successful Premiership Football Club like Aston Villa FC.
