within a quotation will be two prices. A price for the '1st clean', if your property needs it, and then a price for a regular 4 week clean.
1st clean prices are a bit more expensive than the regular clean price, this is due to the extra time and effort required to clean your windows, frames sills etc if they are extra dirty or not been cleaned in a while. FULL CONSERVATORY CLEAN "
Full Conservatory cleans are priced depending on size of your Conservatory, number of windows, accessibility and how dirty they are. GUTTER CLEARING
prices are calculated on the size of your property , property type, accessibility and how full the half pipes are . SOFFITS AND FASCIAS
prices are calculated on the size and type of property you have, accessibility and how dirty they are.

Meh ... so isnt looking promising today, Heavy rain for majority of the day . FOR CUSTOMERS today , if it brightens up later I will aim to get out and get some cleans under my belt, but will probably mean I wont get to everyone , so again, please bear with me, if I dont get to you I will try again tomorrow or squeeze you in later in the week, even if it means early Saturday morning

So the weather this week is looking amazing as always .
Monday is supposed to be very heavy rain
I have already messaged those that I am due to visit but please be aware if its too heavy I will post pone . Same goes for the rest of the week , its taking each day as it comes , so please bear with me if there is a slight delay to your clean

Hi Customers ... bit last minute , but ive taken a last minute trip due to personal reasons . Simply a time to de compress and reflect on personal development. Unsure exact date I will be back at this stage , but I will try not be too long , so if there is a slight delay to your next clean you know why . MH unfortunately has to come first , without clarity in the grey matter you have nothing. Todays house transformation , window clean, of course , as well as fascia clean and conservatory roof clean . To be honest photos dont do the situation justice of how dirty they were , had to adjust the brightness on the before to emphasise the dirt as sun was beaming down on it when taking the photos, but regardless , end result was very satisfying, came up better than I anticipated. Most important thing, the customer was over joyed . Lovely girl to work for , very kind and accommodating. Love my job
