Role Requirements
• Mechanical fitter with knowledge of industrial gearboxes, pumps and electric motors
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence.
Full Job Description
• Recording motor nameplate detail and as received terminal connection mark and dismantle defective motors
• Identifying reason(s) for failure
• Identifying worn parts
• Identifying and listing parts required for repair
• Assembly and testing of motors
• Finish paint spraying
• Good Housekeeping
• Emergency call out via an on-call rota
