🟡 JCB 526 loadall in for some much needed treatment...

🟡 Main boom pin snapped, pulled inner boom out, cut pin out with Milwaukee sawzall, removed boom using our New Holland E175 (which is for sale, message / call if interested)

🟡 New boss machined for chassis, sleeve machined for cab side of chassis. Welded up oval hole and machined to suit new pin.

🟡 New bosses machined for boom, gas axe old bosses out. Line up new bosses and fully welded into position.

🟡 Prepped and painted JCB yellow.

🟡 Main lift ram bored out, machined sleeve, pressed in and welded. Drilled grease way & pressed in hardened bushes

🟡 Re fit boom Wednesday night, collected next day & put straight back to work 💪🏼
