🔧 Bailey Low Loader Trailer – Rear Cross Member Replacement 🔧
Another fabrication and repair job completed here at Willow Bank Services.
This Bailey low loader trailer came in requiring a complete replacement rear cross member.
Work carried out included:
✅ Cutting out and removing the original damaged rear cross member
✅ Fabricating a new heavy-duty rear cross member from 8mm folded steel
✅ Welding and fitting the new section into position
✅ Supplying 4 new hydraulic hoses
✅ Priming with red oxide and finishing in Bailey green paint to match the original trailer
A substantial repair to restore the rear structure of the trailer while retaining its original appearance.
