• Delivering planned preventative and reactive maintenance across client sites
• Working across a range of electrical and mechanical building services systems
• Acting as Lead Engineer on designated sites
• Building strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service

We’re looking for someone with:
• A time-served background in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing or Building Services Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar FM role
• Relevant qualifications such as 18th Edition, Gas, Legionella, HVAC or similar
• A full clean driving licence
