Had a call last month from a man that had steals made and delivered for their garage/house extension. But he had no one to install them. So we made a quick site visit worked out when he needed it and got it done for him.

Steel frame work for a balcony fabricated and installed by us for a client today. This one is just the framework the builder is going to carry out the rest of the works. When it’s done it will have amazing views over fistral beach.

We wrapped up this balustrade project last week in an incredible coastal spot. The clients wanted to make the most of the views while adding some protection from those strong sea winds, so we created a sleek glass-enclosed area using 21.5mm laminated glass—just above standard spec for extra wind resistance.

The frameless glass track system is fixed directly into a concrete base, keeping things clean and modern. It’s already been getting loads of attention from people walking by, with plenty of compliments on the design and those amazing views. #

Roof extension to this old ambulance to make more head room for its new lease of life as a coffee shop. We have done our bit no it’s time for it to move on for institutional and paint.

This was a steel repair project we completed on a shed and stable. The silo sustained damage when last year’s crop was stored, but the full extent of the issue only became apparent recently when the wall began bowing into the adjacent stables.

After meeting with the client on-site to assess the situation, we devised a repair plan. We installed four RSJ steel uprights along with a PFC steel beam to support the roof, which has solar panels on both sides. The damaged wall was reinforced with these steels, and we built a new 200 x 100 timber sleeper wall, 2 meters high, along with a 22mm ply board at the top of the silo.

To further strengthen the structure, we added two stays from our new steel uprights extending into the stable next door and installed an additional steel beam to support the stable’s roof.

Re visit to a job we installed in December 2018. To replace a panel that has taken some sort of impact and had blown one of the toughened panels. We ordered up a new panel and removed the broken one, then installed the new one. Hopefully to last many more years.
