Welders / Fabricators & Workshop Labourer – Full Time

Wards Welding & Fabrications Ltd is looking for welders/fabricators and a workshop labourer to join our busy team. We’ve been established for over 40 years and deliver a wide range of steel fabrication projects.

What we offer:

Monday to Friday work

Roles available:

🔹 Welder / Fabricator

MIG welding and fabrication as the core role

TIG welding experience is a valued bonus

Work includes repetitive production runs and bespoke projects

Ability to read and work from drawings required

🔹 Workshop Labourer

Cleaning and prepping metal for welding, galvanising, and shipping

General workshop assistance

No prior experience required, just reliability and a good work ethic
