What does career progression really look like? For Chris Reynolds, it’s been a journey built on opportunity, support and continuous development.

When I first joined BPX, I was attracted by the company’s reputation within the industry and the culture around the business. It felt like a place where people could genuinely make an impact and build a long-term career.

I started in a Technical Internal Sales role, before moving into Business Development, then becoming Branch Manager at Leicester, and now Area Manager. Throughout that journey, I’ve had opportunities to take on more responsibility, develop customer relationships and become involved in wider business decisions and initiatives.

What’s helped me progress most has been the support from managers and colleagues across the business, along with the trust to take on new challenges and continue learning. Working closely with our manufacturer partners has also helped me grow both technically and commercially over the years.
