We're pleased to announce a £186,000 investment in two state-of-the-art NS Máquinas Industriais, Lda DM1100 ZC EVO Deburring and Edge-Rounding Machines. This acquisition forms part of our broader, long-term investment plan.

The upgrade equips KMF with advanced processing technology to meet growing market demand for diverse, high-precision sheet metal components. Importantly, the energy-efficient design of these machines directly aligns with our ongoing commitment to sustainable manufacturing.

KMF Group has been named the regional winner of the Large Employer Award at the 2026 West Midlands Regional Apprenticeship and Skills Awards, held at The Belfry Hotel & Resort.

The recognition comes as KMF marks 20 years of its in-house apprenticeship programme. It also follows the company’s recent win at the University of Staffordshire Business Awards, where KMF took home the Skills for the Future Award.

The ceremony was co-hosted by Tino Mumvuri and Jenny Johnston, People & Culture Manager at KMF Group, who also serves as Employer Chair of West Midlands AAN.

We’ve expanded our on-site solar installation!

By upgrading our solar PV capacity across three production sites, we’ve boosted our renewable energy generation by 35%.

Since 2019, our solar infrastructure has produced over 2.9 million kWh of clean electricity—avoiding 800 tonnes of Scope 2 emissions.

Direct investment in our site energy is a core part of our strategy to build a low-carbon, resilient manufacturing operation.

ISO 3834 is the international standard governing fusion welding activities from design through to delivery.
