We're celebrating a Strong Ofsted inspection!

KMF's trainers and apprentices were inspected under Ofsted's new Scorecard Framework, which was launched in November 2025.

We're proud to have earned the highly coveted Strong standard in two areas and achieved the high bar of Expected Standard in three areas.

Gareth Higgins, Group Managing Director commented,

“We are thrilled to have achieved Strong and Expected Standard in all areas of our Ofsted inspection. We set extremely high standards for our apprentices’ behaviour, attendance and participation and to have this recognised by Ofsted is very pleasing for our trainers.

“We’d also like to thank all of our dedicated apprentices, who continue to show maturity and dedication to their career path as well as embracing KMF’s inclusive learning environment. Our apprenticeship programme isn’t just about careers but also helps our apprentices develop life skills and their own self confidence through off-site activities and volunteering in local schools and supporting charity events.”
