Well, what can we say today! We are sad, grateful, reflective & happy for our amazing Susan James, as she retires after 27 years. The name has changed, the people have come & gone, but Sue has remained loyal, dedicated and fun to be around every single day. Her smile has brightened each day, her warmth has eased many an issue, & her fantastic costume contribution to each fundraising event has been legendary. You are a massive part of all of our lives Sue and we will miss you immensely. Stay in touch and come to see us when you can. Good luck & happy Retirement!!!🩷

The HSPD team smashed it again yesterday, on ‘Save the Children’s’ Christmas Jumper Day. A target of £50 actually reached £65, which is a fantastic achievement. We are so proud of everyone that wore their jumpers & of course, our wonderful Sue James went one step further, as normal, and dressed as a snuggly reindeer. Games and a buffet followed, with lots of fun and laughter, to give thanks for all their hard work and loyalty throughout 2024. Here’s to 2025. Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year form all at HSPD.
