Hello everyone, this is just a quick update to all our customers. First and foremost we'd like to express how thankful we are for all the enquiries we've been receiving over the last week. We're currently trying to evaluate the situation surrounding covid 19, and coming up with a strategy on how we can operate safely, efficiently, and legally within government guidelines.

Going forward, these are our current plans. We are planning on reopening on Monday 6th of April. We will be operating on a delivery only basis, as it minimises contact. Between now and then, if you could send over your orders / enquiries through our Facebook messenger service, along with your address and contact number, we'll be in touch as soon as we can to arrange a delivery if possible.

This is a permanently evolving situation, so plans can change if government guidelines dictate. We want to support our customers, and thank you all once again for continued support through these unprecedented times. We will keep you all updated if anything changes

As a family, we'd also like to once again take this time to thank all the key workers and emergency services who are working tirelessly to keep the rest of us safe.

COVID 19 - Customer Notice

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those amazing individuals that work in the emergency services and continue to risk everything for our wellbeing. We would also like to thank our farming community who are working tirelessly to supply our essential food chains. We will continue to support these industries in whichever way we can.

Due to the unprecedented global crisis we have been forced to take drastic action to safeguard not only our employees and their families but also you and your family.

We have decided to implement the following steps to safeguard all whilst continuing to serve the community during these troubled times.

•Our premises will no longer be open to the public.

•We are currently able to accept enquiries and orders via telephone and Facebook messenger.

• Each order will be assessed on an individual basis and you will be offered a collection time.

•Payment will need to be made in advance by BACS or via credit/debit card over the telephone. Account customers will still be able to book materials to their account.

• On arrival for your collection please wait at the gates. A member of staff will open the gates and direct you to your collection zone. This has been done to keep customers and staff apart at all times.

Please respect these measures. They have been made for the safety of all. As a small family business if one of us goes down we’ll all go down and this will result in a long term closure.

Please note, we are committed to fulfilling all orders taken for delivery prior to 8:30am on the 24/03/2020. A member of staff will be in touch with these customers shortly to confirm the arrangements.

All of these actions are subject to change and will be reviewed daily to reflect government guidelines.

We thank you all for your cooperation and support during these uncertain times.

After an incredibly impressive trial period here at Chadzy’s, we’re pleased to announce that not only has Bailey successfully landed a full time job, but has also been named employee of the month. She’s now our head of customer relations and in charge of licking stamps and envelopes. She has requested that customers pay extra attention when driving through the yard, just until she’s street wise.

We hope all our customers like the new addition to the team, and look forward to you all meeting her 😁
