What an amazing day - Rory was invited up to the prestigious CPA Stars of the Future 2026 awards as a guest and turns out they had kept this secret from us. He was being presented with this trophy - Young Business of the Year! To be recognised by the national plant hire association who are the leading experts on plant hire is an absolute tribute to the hard work Rory and the team have been putting in. The CPA have recognised the enormous pioneering work 007 Diggers have been putting in to make plant hire more accessible, transparent, safer and affordable in West Wales and we could not be more proud of him.

And then on the way home we did a bit of retail therapy, plant hire style.

Welcome to 007 Diggers - the award winning West Wales plant hire business.

We don't say we are the biggest - we don't think that matters. Biggest doesn't always mean the best so we just let our service speak for itself - as one of the very few Constructor and Plant Hire Association approved organisations in the area then we know we doing something right!

We are the only plant hire organisation in the area who offers the class leading Aviva underwritten insurance waiver as an option on your hire. Insurance is a complex minefield - most plant hire businesses don't really realise the hirer is liable if the machine gets stolen, catches fire or is written off because of damage - they believe because they have plant hire insurance on their machine it is covered when its on hire. And it is - but if the machine is hired out the insurer will pay the hire company and then recoup their losses from the hirer (you). Find out more about how plant hire insurance works on our website and make sure you understand what your liability is before you hire.

Our machines have easy access to all the safety and operation details direct from the cab from our pioneering QR Code information link direct to your phone or tablet.

So when you hire a machine, make sure you go to a CPHA member hirer, takes the time to explain how the machines work, gives you a flexible family approach to hiring and makes sure you have all the information you need to ensure you are fully protected.
