Congratulations on 10 years at Codelocks, Milne-Rowe 🎉
Joanne is Managing Director at Codelocks International Ltd, overseeing UK operations and playing a key role in shaping the company’s sales and business strategy. Since joining Codelocks in 2016, she has progressed from Business Development Manager through senior sales roles to the board.
With more than 25 years’ experience in access control and architectural ironmongery, Joanne has held senior positions at Mul-T-Lock, Winkhaus and Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies. Her career spans technical support, major specification projects, national sales leadership and industry education, including contributing to Europe’s largest master key system within the London Underground.
Joanne is also a passionate advocate for industry development. She has held several leadership roles with the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (G*I) and Institute of Architectural Ironmongers (IAI), including National Chair, and continues to contribute to G*I committees and initiatives. She holds G*I Diplomas in Architectural Ironmongery and Electronic Hardware.
Known for her energy, approachability and commitment to people, Joanne is a strong advocate for diversity and the next generation of industry professionals. Whether presenting CPDs, mentoring apprentices or leading strategic discussions, she combines expertise with warmth and authenticity.
