This trailer came to us as a red tired heavily rotten trailer . But now a fully refurbished trailer in black ✔️ .

✔️ New jockey wheel .
✔️ New hitch gator .

Cheval libertre maxi 3

Onsite service carried out on this fairly new trailer . Even though it’s fairly new having its first service we found the brake cables were seized causing the brakes to bind . Upon our tyre inspection noticed heavy gouges on the inner edges near side .

Customer was unaware of any of this so goes to show the Benefits of trailer servicing .

Brian James A series service and after service repairs 🏎️🏎️

Returning customer called us out for a yearly service on this Brian James car transporter .

After a full inspection noted a few repairs that needed doing such as :
Light lenses
Brake shoes
Brake cables
Brake rods
Wheel bearings

All parts sourced and returned to site to get this trailer back on the road safely .

Ukrain horse rescue trailers 🐴🐎🛟⛑️

Customer reached out to us to ensure these 2 trailers are fit to travel to ukrain to rescue horses that are suffering from drone attacks .

Upon inspection noticed backplates and lights were going to be an issue . Especially with the strict EU laws .

All parts were supplied and fitted within 2 days to ensure quick turn around and maximum safety for the mission ahead .

Can confirm the trailers made it safely to ukrain and rescued many horses from drone stikes and moved them further back from the front line to ensure the highest welfare possible .

Unlucky day for this Brian James trailer ❌❌❌

Called out to site as both inner edges of the front axle tyres were worn .After checking the bearings to find were ok it only means one thing . New axles . Order placed due to be fitted Monday . Keep and eye out for the update 🤙🏻

Cheval liberte

Few added extras to this new Cheval .
Added some hooks inside for a feed bucket to allow the travelling horse to remain occupied ✅

Removed the spare wheel from the already tight tack locker and externally mounted it using factory supplied brackets .

Fitted using colour coded bolts that sit flush with the rubber matting to ensure no sharp edges 👌🏻
