A different job than usual for a new local customer. This goods lift was taken out of action when flooding caused serious contamination to this hydraulic system.

We have removed all the components on the circuit to enable us to carry out a full light refurbishment of this system.

After inspecting the cylinders, we have refurbished all 4 hydraulic cylinders which required new tubes and a reseal. Replacing existing hoses with 3 new hydraulic hoses to specification manufactured on-site, new breather pipes and fittings.

Our customer wanted to relocate the motor and tank to ensure the system was accessible so we manufactured motor mounts in-house to enable the motor and tank to be secured to the floor.

Hydraulic oil replenished and tested throughout working envelope without fault.
