🏢 Wyvern House – Plant Room Relocation & Decarbonisation Enabling Works

We're currently supporting the modernisation of Wyvern House through the relocation of the building's existing rooftop plant room and the development of infrastructure to support future low-carbon heating technologies.

Delivered in a phased approach, the project will improve maintenance accessibility, reduce operational risks and establish the foundations for future HIU installation as part of the building's long-term decarbonisation strategy.

Using Matterport digital surveying and Revit BIM modelling, our team has been able to accurately capture existing conditions, coordinate designs and develop future-ready solutions with greater efficiency.

A couple of weeks ago, our apprentices attended the Heat Pump Show at Newark Showground.

The event was a great opportunity to learn more about the future of low-carbon heating, hear from industry experts and gain further insight into the latest developments in heat pump technology.

From discussions around air-to-air heat pumps and energy efficiency, to tackling industry misconceptions and understanding how renewable technologies work together, it was a really valuable day for the team.

At Noquet Building Services, we’re passionate about investing in the next generation of engineers and giving our apprentices opportunities to continue learning and developing within the industry👏
