Been a long time since i put up a post. Here’s a little job we enjoyed designing and making from start to finish. It started with the customer asking for a bin and bike store for 8 no cottages they’d built.
2no 2150 long 5no 3000 long with a galvanised mesh partition. A main frame and doors made from 50 x 50 x 3 shs, galvanised and powder coated black, adjustable hinges, lockable doors. The sloped roof was 12 mm marine ply with a black Pvc coated plastisol sheet. We also did the cladding to the outside. this was thermo wood, cut, rounded all edges and cutouts for hinges, hasp and staple.
