With 26+ years experience in modifying cylinder heads and building winning race engines I take great pride in my work. I worked for Richard Longman and Co for almost 20 years modifying heads supplied all over the world for sprinting, racng, rallying, touring cars and hill climbing. I then went on to carry on my passion for what i do and started BRETT SIMS MOTORSPORT in 2009 when Richard Longman cl

I have modified heads for Any form of a series minis, mini 1000, mini 7, mini miglia, FIA historic, SCCA, e-type jags, frog eyed sprite, Peugeot 206, 205, 306 , 106, Saxos, Citroen Xara, Escorts, Cross flow, Pinto , Cosworths, YB, DFV, MAE, SCA, SVA, BD, Triumph stags, Dolomie sprint, Coventry climax, Vauxhall XE 1.6, 2L, plus many many more. I have customers who have set numerous lap records and race wins with the use of my heads and engines. I have tried to include enough pictures to show the standard of work I produce.

Home safe after an 'eventful' weekend. Another great finish for us - getting faster all the time. Veera was perfect on the notes and Eric ran flawlessly all day for the first event ever. I finally had the 'bravery' to run him flat out in 5th for the first time...

Finished 69th from a field of 104 starters and we were seeded 97th.

A great days rallying and the usual video shenanigans to come!
