Recent take down of existing extention, re-built with a large balcony. Accessed via new bi-fold doors in master and spare bedrooms and a spiral staircase leading into a new poolside decking.

Designed by myself and installed by the team and I.

Unfortunately we lost the good weather, so we will be back in the spring to buff and oil the deck when it’s drier.

Removal of internal wall.
New door installed to utility.
Re-levelling of ground floor.
Plastering, decorating, coving, kitchen fit.

Start on solid oak floor, skirts, arcs and doors this week.
