First fix complete on this en-suite renovation đź’Ş

Started with a full plumbing first fix – new hot and cold feeds, heating pipework and fresh drainage throughout.

Installed a brand new chipboard floor, boarded all walls, fitted tile backer boards ready for tiling, fully tanked the wet area around the shower, and finished it off with a new PVC ceiling.

Solid groundwork done. Ready for the next stage.

Shower tray installed today with a Classi seal which sealed the edge to create a barrier so that if the silicone is to ever fail it prevents any damage or leaks.
