Our returns policy

Please note that any items that are clearly personalised or made specifically to the consumers specifications are non refundable. We also reserve the right to make a deduction from refunding the full purchase price if we believe (on examination of the returned goods) that they exhibit use (this includes self assembly, attempts of dismantling or any alterations). The amount of d

eduction will be based on the extent of diminishment in the goods value. If you have changed your mind, you have 14 days to exchange or refund your goods providing they remain unused and in their original condition. All faulty items must be given the opportuntiy to be remedied by ourselves for up to 12 months from date of purchase before a refund is considered. You the customer are responsible for the return shipping which is non refundable unless the item is faulty. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days but can take up to 30 days from receipt of goods and after examination of the returned item.
