Lately we’ve had an increase in people trying to haggle or barter on price — and honestly, it’s something we’re getting tired of.

We always aim to deliver a high standard of work at what we believe is a fair price. When someone’s machine is needed urgently, we regularly go out of our way to get repairs turned around as quickly as possible.

The majority of our customers are brilliant to deal with, and we really appreciate that. But going forward, haggling over prices won’t be tolerated.

We don’t come to work to be insulted — just like you wouldn’t walk into Asda and try to negotiate your shopping bill.
