👋𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗦 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗜 👋

This time, we’re catching up with Craig Walker, our Group Sales Manager, who joined Ross Agri in November 2013. Since then, he has played a key role in the business, helping navigate many exciting developments, achievements and milestones along the way. 🚜

☕ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂?
An early start at 5:45am, a read of the paper, a game of Solitaire and an hour’s drive to the depot. Once the laptop is switched on, it’s time to catch up with the team and get going! No two days are ever the same. My role is varied from supporting customers and leading the sales team, promoting the latest technologies and helping achieve our sales targets.

The variety of the role, the opportunity to develop, and in particular, working with the Fendt brand and its ever-evolving technology. Over the years I have developed a passion for excel spreadsheets.

🏆 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴?
Helping organise the Ross Agri 50th Anniversary Show at P&J Live. Seeing the doors open on Friday 11th November and taking in what the team had achieved was a real highlight. With 40 pieces of equipment, 35 lorries and 65 members of staff involved, it was a huge team effort and a fitting celebration of 50 years of Ross Agri and the Ross family! 🎉

✔️ Servicing, maintaining and repairing agricultural machinery
✔️ Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs using the latest diagnostic technology
✔️ Working on machinery both in the workshop and out on farm
✔️ Supporting customers and getting their machinery back to work as quickly as possible
✔️ Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service

✔️ Experience as an agricultural service engineer
✔️ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
✔️ A practical, hands-on approach and pride in your work
✔️ A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work as part of a team

🚜 Making a cracking job in the stubbles!🔴🟡

This new PÖTTINGER Synkro 3030 cultivator, sold from our Muir of Ord depot to a customer in Easter Ross, was out working in the stubble field today.
