There was no storm this year, we had mead and Port abundance at our bar for arrival drinks. We welcome 95* for the medieval banquet perfection by Reeves Restaurant Dunster providing the food, absolutely incredible set up from Darren and his team! 🏰

Archer Events will be hosting the autumn wedding Fair at Dunster Tithe Barn on Sunday 7th September 2025 from 10am to 3pm. It's the ideal opportunity to visit this beautiful venue and to meet with many of the areas best suppliers, who would love to help you plan for your wedding. (Some exhibitor places still available)

This weekend seen the beginning of the Wedding Season at the Dunster Tithe Barn Community Hall Dunster Tithe Barn Weddings.

We welcomed Ruth and Tom who both live in Switzerland and fell in love with Dunster, and the Dunster Tithe Barn for their Wedding Ceremony.

After two years of planning via email and calls we planned their Special Day from start to finish. Ruth and Tom had a vision of what decor they both wanted to dress the Tithe Barn. This being rustic, with plenty of Greenery.

We sourced their decor from a range of suppliers around the Southwest.

The Live Olive Trees, Tree Stumps and Table Stump Slices were sourced from Alice and Scott at Occasional Trees. They really did set theme of what Ruth and Tom Wanted.

The Chiavari Chairs and Round Tables were both sourced from Tables And More The Chiavari Chairs were used for both the Wedding Ceremony and the Wedding Reception.

We then made contact with Colette from Bath Vintage Hire to add that Rustic feel, hiring Whisky/ Cider Barrels, Apple Crates and ladders. This really did add the finishing touches to how Ruth and Tom wanted the Tithe Barn to look on their Special Day.

The Married Couple and Guests enjoyed a selection of Canapés, followed by an open BBQ with Meats and Salads served by our team and locally sourced from The Meat Men and West Country Foods.

Thank you to Somerset Wedding Dj services for supplying the PA System for the Wedding Ceremony and Speeches.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas….

We will be open at the Dunster Tithe Barn for the Dunster Winter Festival

Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th December from 11am

Our bar will be open both days and will have a wide range of refreshments on offer such as Mulled Wine, Mulled Cider, Festive Hot Drinks and much more. 🍷 🍺 ☕️

Outside we will have our friends from Edgeborough Pork serving their Hearty Hog Roast Bap with a selection of sides available 🐖 🍟 🍔

'Medieval Village' including glass blowing, blacksmith, archery & jewellery making

It was an absolutely amazing day at the Dunster Tithe Barn for the New Mr & Mrs Paviour.

The bride looked beautiful and the groom and his groomsman looked sharp in their black tuxedos.

The venue looked absolutely stunning! A lot of effort went in to make their very special day very memorable for years to come.
