Rudders Marine Training

A fantastic few days with Milford Youth Matters with an RYA Diesel Engine Course followed by the RYA first aid course.

These courses provide a wide range of hands on tool usage, engineering and fault finding along with first aid skills that although are focused on the marine environment, are transferable between many different career paths.

Well done to everyone who attended.

We look forward to the power boating courses taking place in the next few weeks!

The perfect few days for a powerboat course?

Lukas has enjoyed escaping the heat with two days in the cool breeze of the Cleddau training up more students with their Powerboat licenses.

This was ofcourse with ice cream theory breaks at the lawrennyarms to cool off!

An incredible weekend for a Royal Yachting Association Powerboat Course!

One of our instructors, Lukas, had a fantastic two days with his students, taking them from zero to hero over the two days.
They hit the jackpot with the weather!

Wearing your Kill Cord is as important as your lifejacket.

Our team at Rudders Boatyard are on hand for safety advice, just stop by and ask.

Have a great sunny bank holiday weekend and stay safe on the water, not everyone out there is qualified so keep a good lookout at all times.

What a brilliant two days with the students from Pembrokeshire College’s Marine Engineering Pre Cadetship course. Action-packed, fun-filled, and thankfully with a little sunshine thrown in too! ☀️

A huge thank you to pembscollege Pembrokeshire College for supporting us, and to the Port of Milford Haven for helping to fund these important RYA training courses for the engineers of the future.
