Jalna Construction has recently completed the fabrication of a replacement intervention panel and framework for a subsea cable laying machine. The original mild steel panel had experienced significant corrosion due to long term exposure to a saltwater environment. To address this, the new assembly was replicated and fabricated using high grade marine stainless steel to ensure long term durability and corrosion resistance.

All fabrication was carried out in our purpose built workshop within a dedicated stainless steel fabrication area, with careful control of weld quality and heat input to maintain material integrity and achieve a finish suitable for subsea service.

This week Jalna Construction completed the design, manufacture and installation of a lightweight aluminium access platform for a crew transfer RIB. The platform was designed to allow offshore crew to safely board and disembark, providing strength, stability and compliance while minimising impact on vessel performance🌊

Another successful marine project completed by the Jalna team💪

After delivering previous Hydraulic Power Pack units, we were asked by our client to design, manufacture and install heavy duty fenders for a new barge. These fenders allow tugboats to safely push and manoeuvre alongside the barge during positioning, berthing and offshore mobilisation.🌊

From design and fabrication through to galvanising and installation, everything was completed by our experienced team.⚙️👥

Great opportunity to buy two Honda 150 VTEC outboards from our safety boat with less than 150 hours on them!

2 Honda BF150 VTEC engines, these are the XDU XCDU extra long shaft engines with one counter rotating. We are Honda Dealers and have had these engines from new on our safety boat, one engine has covered 115 hours the other 137 hours.
