Customer reported issues with the platform rotation on this machine, following previous repair work carried out elsewhere.

After attending site and carrying out further diagnostics, the fault was traced back to a loose wire on the coil, affecting the operation of the rotator. Once repaired and secured correctly, the platform rotation was restored and operating as normal again 👌

A nice repair done in Whitby for one our favourite customers Geoff on this Genie 1932 🔧

The machine had a damaged front panel on the base unit, which was removed and replaced to get the machine looking and operating as it should again.

Even smaller repairs like this are important in keeping machines safe, presentable and ready for work—especially on busy hire fleets and customer sites.

Another machine fixed first time on site and quickly ready for action 👌

We're pleased to officially introduce David, the latest addition to the MACS team.

David started his career in the powered access industry back in 2007 and brings with him a wealth of experience. With nearly two decades in the industry, he's already proving to be a valuable asset to both our customers and our team.

David has joined us as a hybrid engineer, splitting his time between the workshop and field service.

Since joining us, David has settled in brilliantly and become part of the team from day one. But, perhaps most importantly... he makes a decent cup of tea too. ☕😉

James recently carried out a steer sensor replacement and calibration on this Manitou 100VJR 🔧

Following diagnosis of the steering fault, the faulty steer sensor was replaced before completing the calibration process to ensure the machine was operating correctly and safely.

Once calibrated, the machine was fully tested and back working as it should 👌
