We are a family run mobile crane hire company based in Mexborough, South Yorkshire. We were founded in 1983 as a Steel fabrication company,We purchased our first crane in June 2000 and started hiring cranes out straight away. We have since built upon our fleet of cranes and offer contract lift services too. Our customer range in size from small companies to Multi national companies.

Today we undertook a contract lift for a long standing customer. This was by far the biggest crane which we have used on any of their jobs. A 450t Liebherr with 134t counterweight to lift into place an extraction filter. The heaviest section was 24t.

Today’s contract lift which comprised of four cranes. Two to load the filter sections onto a truck at one side of the site and then two unloading into position at the other side of site. We had a little assistance from Central crane hires 60t working alongside our 70t Liebherr.
