Experienced Road Sweeper Driver/Operators
Location: East midlands, West Midlands, East Anglia, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire.
We are seeking experienced Road Sweeper Driver/Operators to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Operating truck mounted Stock and Johnston road sweepers on both construction sites and highways works.
Perform sweeping operations during both day and night works, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on sweeping equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Communicate effectively with site managers, project supervisors, and team members to coordinate sweeping activities.
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a road sweeper driver/operator, with experience in both building site and highways plaining works.
Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, to accommodate project requirements.
Preferably hold relevant qualifications such as CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme), or similar.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Valid driving license with the appropriate category for operating HGV class 2 vehicles.
