Finance & Administration Assistant

Salary: £28,000 pro-rata (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday 16 – 20 hours per week

Your responsibilities will consist of:
• Processing purchase ledger invoices and matching to purchase orders/delivery notes
• Purchase ledger statement reconciliation
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Producing customer training certificates
• Assisting members of the administration team with additional tasks

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
• Proficient in Sage 50 and MS Excel
• Experience liaising with suppliers to resolve issues
• High attention to detail & great communication skills
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management

Part Time Receptionist/Administration Assistant
Quill International Group, Melbourne
Salary £26,000 pro-rata FTE

Quill provides complete solutions to all cleaning and hygiene problems from pressure washers, dustless sandblasters and bespoke engineering solutions through to cleaning detergents, sanitising wipes and laundry products.

Due to semi-retirement, we need to appoint a part-time receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, callers and colleagues.

This is a permanent position working Monday and Tuesdays 8:30-5:00 pm with a one hour lunch break, some holiday cover may also be required, reporting to the Group Finance Manager, based in modern offices at our premises in Melbourne.

Main duties of this key role will include reception, switchboard and
administration including post, filing and invoicing. There will also be a number of administrative tasks to be undertaken on a routine basis.

We are looking for a bright and outgoing individual with an excellent telephone manner, good communication abilities, efficient working practices and someone who will fit in with a busy company and team.

In addition, you should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Experience of using Sage Line 50 would also be an advantage.
