What a difference a week can make.
The first week of Springwatch at the National Trust’s Crom Estate felt more like Summerwatch, with sunshine transforming the landscape into something closer to the French Riviera. By weeks two and three, the weather had other ideas, bringing wind and rain that tested both the wildlife and the broadcast operation.
Across the 2,000-acre estate, we supported a network of cameras and microphones, some located up to 2km from the main hub, helping capture the stories unfolding around the clock.
It’s a privilege to be part of a programme that combines innovative broadcast technology with such a unique subject matter, bringing the natural world into millions of homes.
A huge thank you to the BBC Northern Ireland team for their expertise, support and warm welcome throughout the production.

24 hours. One race. No pause button.
We were back at Le Mans this year supporting the live broadcast operation, helping deliver audio for presenters, pundits and commentators throughout one of motorsport’s most demanding events.
From roaming RF studio positions around the circuit to seamless links back to the production team in London, it’s a production that runs around the clock – and so does the team behind it.

Taking premiere coverage to the next level 🎬
Last week at the Toy Story 5 premiere we delivered our biggest red carpet communications and audio setup yet.
Alongside the live interviews and red carpet coverage, we supported a dedicated Disney+ studio show – all engineered from our compact Sound 1 unit and delivered in a single-day build and de-rig.
