We’ve just designed and fabricated new steel side panels and a rear tipper door in-house for a local company’s tipper, Sean Owen Groundworks, built to handle the realities of groundworks.

The original body had failed sides and rear door, so these were removed, redesigned and significantly strengthened during the design process. Heavier-gauge steel, improved bracing and proper detailing throughout to extend service life and reduce ongoing repairs.

Built for work.

Purpose-built electrical recycling banks, designed and manufactured in-house.

These WEEE recycling bins were designed and made by us for London borough councils, complete with internal wheeled cages to allow safe, quick and efficient emptying.

The banks were engineered specifically to prevent theft and forced entry, with robust construction and controlled access points built in from the outset. We worked closely with the council team throughout the process — from initial design and prototyping through to manufacture.

The finished units were completed with branded graphics and information panels supplied by another local business, Creative Spirits, ensuring a consistent and clear public-facing result.

This is a good example of what can be achieved when local authorities and local manufacturers collaborate properly.

Another solid bit of kit leaving the workshop.

We’ve just designed, laser cut and fabricated this full steel staircase entirely in-house for a local company. Heavy-duty construction, chequer plate treads, bolted stringers and a rigid platform frame – built to take abuse and last.

Final job left is the handrail fabrication, then it’s on site for installation.
