If you’re organised, practical, good with a computer and enjoy a role that combines stock, warehouse work AND customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
🛠️ What will you be doing?
📦 Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
🖥️ Booking goods onto our computer system
🔍 Checking stock and resolving discrepancies with suppliers
📋 Stock control, rotation and stocktaking
📦 Organising and replenishing stock
🛒 Using a pallet truck to move heavier items
🧹 Keeping our warehouse and shop floor clean and organised
☎️ Helping customers over the phone and in store
🤝 Assisting customers with product selection
💳 Processing sales and payments
🔧 Providing product information and answering customer questions
👀 What we're looking for
✔️ Previous warehouse / goods-in experience – at least 1 year’s experience
✔️ Good computer skills – at least 3 years experience
✔️Experience with Sage Accounting software would be a bonus
✔️ Ability to safely handle and move items up to 25kg repeatedly throughout the day
✔️ Good customer service skills
✔️ Organised, reliable and able to work independently
✔️ Pallet truck experience
✔️ Full driving licence preferred
💷 What we’re offering
Pay: £26,500 – £30,000 per year
⏰ 40 hours per week
📅 Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
➕ Rotational Saturday mornings (4.5 hours, twice per month – overtime paid)
