“Brother in law urgently needed a stairlift before going home from hospital. Arranged for Gary to measure and quote which bil accepted later that day. Phoned Gary at just after 9am, explained that bil is a cancer sufferer with mobility problems and was pleasantly surprised when, after a phone call to his engineer, he rearranged his diary so that he would be able to fit the lift that afternoon. Jamie duly arrived and the lift was fitted as promised. Incredible service from an obviously caring local company. Thank you
