“Today’s visit involved addressing an emergency fault on a Biesse Klever, where a broken plug on the light barrier was identified and promptly rectified with a new plug from our stock. The machine was serviced and returned to production.

Following this, I returned home to remote connect with one of our loyal customers. Through our guidance, we identified a faulty reed switch sensor, which the customer promptly replaced. The machine is now fully operational and back up and running. 🏃
