Today we remember the 22 people who lost their lives in the Manchester Arena attack two years ago. Our thoughts are with their families, friends and everyone who was affected by this tragic event.

A BIG SHOUT OUT to Tam Monet from the TOH massage who donated her time yesterday to come over to our head office in MediaCityUK and gave each of our staff a VERY relaxing 10 minute neck and shoulder massage as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. Thank you to the HVPD Charity Team for organising this as it certainly helps taking a break from work and the fresh feeling of starting work again. All money raised from Tam's massages are donated to our Charity Partner Mind in Salford.

It is Mental Health Awareness Week and the HVPD Charity Team have arranged some events and activities for the staff to take part in which hopefully help to increase productivity and a bit of a refresh to carry on with work. By taking part in these activities we are also raising money to support our charity partner of the year - Mind in Salford

Today we have kicked off with some freshly made berry, banana & granola smoothie shots and fruit infused water in the kitchen.

We also have a relaxation room to have a few minutes of tranquillity.
