Established in 2001, BeneCare Medical Ltd started off as BeneFoot UK Ltd supplying Post Operative fo

Over the last few years we have expanded and have moved further and further into different areas and departments of the NHS, offering a much wider range of products. The company now carries a full range of Orthotics, Thermoplastics and Rehabilitation products. With this in mind, we decided that a change in company name from BeneFoot UK to BeneCare Medical was necessary in order to mark the change

in the company’s direction. With this expansion also came the realisation that patients regularly need a second shoe or an extra brace to facilitate their rehabilitation process, often not supplied by the NHS. We therefore decided to set up BeneCareDirect.com to give everyone going thorough the recovery process access to professional shoes and braces used in hospitals around the UK. BeneCare Medical are a family owned company with a highly experienced team, dedicated to offering unbeatable service and long term relationships with all of its customers. As a company we pride ourselves not only on our high level of personal service, but by sourcing our products from some of the finest manufacturers around the world, we can ensure that our quality is always of the highest standard whilst keeping our prices competitive and keen.

We’re Hiring | Account Manager – Wales & South West

Benecare Medical have an exciting opportunity as an Account Manager to cover Wales and the South West.

This is a field-based role suited to someone with a strong clinical background in casting and orthopaedics, who is ready to take the next step into a commercial and customer-focused position within a respected medical manufacturer and supplier.

About the role:
- Manage and develop relationships with hospitals and clinical teams across Wales and the South West.
- Support existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
- Provide clinical support at Benecare events and workshops nationwide following a structured 6-month training period.
- Work towards the role of clinical and product specialist, representing Benecare Medical in a professional and trusted manner.

About you:
- Qualified in casting techniques.
- Previous experience working as an Orthopaedic Practitioner.
- Confident communicating with clinicians and healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Willing to travel nationally when required for events and training.
