Nothing more difficult than getting back into the gym/ exercise/ routine after being away on holiday for over a week... Or even just having a bit of time off in general when unwell or not feeling it!!
But as soon as you get that first session done, you feel good and motivated to keep it up 💪

⏰️My 8:15am client messaged me yesterday morning before her session and mentioned she is still feeling a bit lethargic from not being well the past week🤒, so she asked could we train indoors her home instead of outside and more mat based work instead✔️.
She could have easily cancelled🚫, but instead, we kept warm indoors, and she had a great resistance bands/ dumbell Mat workout and felt better for it afterwards 🏋‍♀️💪👏

Moral of the story: Instead of cancelling, Just let me know if you need me to adapt workouts to how you are feeling, no judgement ever 🫶✔️ and I promise after the session, you will feel better than you did before!! 💪

👀👀👀 For the last 2 weeks, I have tracked a picture food diary. This helps hold me accountable, and I share it with my story at the end of each day, which also helps so you guys all hold me accountable, too.

Follow my page and my stories daily to get some calorie counting inspo!
Maybe even try doing what I am doing with the picture food diary yourself, I am 4 pounds down in 2 weeks 💪 this alongside exercising, of course.

Safe to say I'm very realistic with these food diaries, some days I eat clean, some days I have a chippy & prosecco 😂 B A L A N C E D- L I F E S T Y L E ✔️😉

A Wednesday off work started productive, and the productivity ended by like 2pm with a nap 😂 just how we like it 🐶🫶✔️🏋‍♀️🥗 But I went to the gym, got a 10-minute sun tan, and walked my dog... So that's a Wednesday win 🏆

Late night kitchen workout 😂 Because who doesn't love doing box jumps in the kitchen at 11pm at night? 😂 ... Save this workout and give it a try at home using water bottles for weights and your bottom step/ door step!!! ✔️🖤🏋‍♀️
