Flax Place, Leeds – progress update 🏗️

Works are progressing well on site, with both buildings continuing to take shape as facade installation moves forward.
Our team is currently working on the installation of the Aliva brickslip system and associated faclade elements across the development.

Liverpool – works progressing well on site.

Great to see progress being made on one of our current façade projects in Liverpool.
Topclad is currently supporting the façade installation works, with the team focused on maintaining quality, safety and programme targets as the project continues to move forward.

Recently completed investigation and remedial works on an industrial roof covering approximately 11,500m².
The project involved a full roof assessment to identify areas of water ingress, followed by targeted remedial works carried out across the roof system.
All findings, defect locations and completed repairs were documented and issued back to the client as part of the reporting process.
Projects like this require not only practical repair works, but also detailed investigation, leak tracing and a good understanding of roofing and cladding systems on large commercial units.
Good work by everyone involved on site.
Open to supporting similar investigation and remedial projects across the UK.

Spruce Court, Salford – nearing completion. 🏗️

Works on this project are coming to an end, and it’s good to see the building now taking its final shape.
A significant amount of work has gone into delivering this façade, keeping progress moving through each stage and bringing everything together towards completion.
Big credit to the team for seeing this one through.

On site – Costa Coffee unit. 🏗️
We were brought in to deal with ongoing issues on this building, including roof leaks affecting multiple areas.
Full investigation carried out, causes identified and remedial works completed, with all findings properly documented and reported back to the client.
Good to get this one resolved!

Nearly complete – Clarendon Road, Watford. 🏗️
Final stages on this office development, and it’s looking sharp.
We were part of the façade works on this project, where attention to detail was key throughout. Good to see everything coming together like this.

Roof investigation & remedial works. 💧

We were brought in to look into ongoing leaks affecting multiple areas of the roof.
A full investigation was carried out to identify the causes, followed by targeted remedial works. Issues were found around joints and detailing where water ingress was occurring under certain conditions.
All findings and completed repairs were documented and issued to the client as part of a detailed report.
Another one properly resolved.
Good effort from the team on this one – solid, professional approach throughout.

Good to look back – plenty going on at the time, not always straightforward, but we got it over the line.

Exciting facade project secured in Leeds. 🏗️
Flax Place development – project visualisation.
We’re proud to share that Topclad Ltd will be delivering facade works on the Flax Place development in Leeds, a project consisting of two buildings and an exciting challenge for our team this year.
Our scope includes external insulation together with the installation of the Aliva UK brickslip system, combined in selected areas with cassette panel cladding. The project brings together modern facade solutions with the appearance of traditional brickwork to create a high quality architectural finish.
Projects like this are exactly the type our team enjoys most – technically detailed facade installations delivered with precision and attention to quality.
