Job Description: Administrator assistant
Reporting To: office manager
Department: Administration
Location: Walkden
Salary: £13per hr
Hours of work: 9:30am -14:30pm Monday – Thursday

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration assistant to play a key role within the office team. This is a varied role and you will need to demonstrate experience of working efficiently in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will need to be a team player and be able to work equally as well under your own initiative. You will also need the ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the inputting of all information into the Management Information System.
• Maintain all client and supplier information in the Management Information System.
• Ensure personnel information is kept updated.
• Responsible for the purchasing of materials for jobs, and liaising with suppliers.
• Provide additional support to the office manager
• Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety Records are kept up to date.
• Provide telephone support, answering queries and contacting clients etc.
• Maintain the company filing system, ensuring all necessary documentation is filed and/or displayed correctly and accessible where required.

Skills, Experience and Attributes

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft outlook, word and excel
• Excellent Organisational skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times and be a positive ambassador to the company.
